I can say that. I've touristed in Glasgow, and visited my son who was living in a part of Baltimore which had been abandoned, not just by the police, but by the pizza delivery people. Oddly, he was working at the Institute for Human Virology, so you could imagine him creating the zombie apocalypse and then walking home through it.
