On the contrary. Our laws permit pretty much any expression of public idiocy, thanks to the First Amendment. Not that I advocate repeal of the Amendment, but it would be nice if morons would simply shut up.

It has been proposed that Holocaust Denialism should be against forum rules, and censored if it occurs. The moderators will exercise judgment to determine what constitutes denialism, to avoid people trying to "walk the line" by expressing "doubt" rather than direct denial.
