POLL DESCRIPTION

Which of these logos are suitable for the new "honorary lifetime" Knight TMPlar members?

You may vote for up to five. The top five will advance to the final round of voting.

Logo #1
Logo

The classic simplicity of the famous "T" red cross on white of the Knights Templar, coupled with the letters MP added denoting "member prestigious", or TMP for short.

What more could you ask for to commemorate a lifetime of prestigious and distinguished gaming?

Logo #2
Logo

This logo represent the simple approach. A traditional shield bearing the Knights Templar Cross, to link the symbolism and play on words of "TMPlar." The laurel represents an achievement or honor being bestowed, as in the ancient Olympics in Greece. The variants of this are to present the logo in different highlights and shading. Again, I wish good luck to all and do not envy your task.

Logo #3

This is the same logo as for supporting and sponsoring members, but with a red/white colour scheme reminiscent of the Templars.

I like the consistency of having similar logos for the various levels of support offered to TMP, with only the colours changing (except, of course for our illustrious leader, the man with the fez). I was thinking red would be good because it seems to be a fairly templar-ish colour, but I gave it a touch more purple to indicate this highest honour in TMPland.

I need the lead to feed my 17 starving children.

Logo #8

This is the same logo as for supporting and sponsoring members, but with a red/white colour scheme reminiscent of the Templars. This one has the Jerusalem cross replacing the stars.

Logo #9

The gold standard in member icons, this one stays in harmony with the other member icons, acknowledging the common roots of the most uncommon it represents. Created using a photo of a real gold ring, lovingly frosted with the same letters and stars as on the Sponsor icon, this heartwarming graphic is sure to become a timeless classic your family will enjoy for years to come.

I like the consistency of having similar logos for the various levels of support offered to TMP, with only the colours changing (except, of course for out illustrious leader, the man with the fez). I wanted red (to invoke the Knights Templar) but didn't know if it should be the traditional red or more purplish, so I submitted both... Here's the traditional one.
