What should the Statute of Limitations be for DH offenses? Bill says that it's 30 days for anything on the forums.* But, what's the point of punishing someone for something that has fallen off the bottom of the front page? I suggest that if no one notices and complains, and if Bill has not jailed the miscreant immediately, then it can't be all that offensive. In other words, sweat bullets until the topic falls off the front page. That's three days on my settings. YMMV
