CPBelt wonders...

With money being the way it is, I was wondering if people are starting new armies, fleshing out existing armies with odds and ends, or buying figures for skirmish? The most expensive option is new armies, the cheaper is skirmish.

This past month, I so wanted to buy a couple of 15mm fantasy armies or 6mm sci-fi armies. When I did the math and totaled the time needed for painting before I saw a return on my investment on the gaming table, I decided to buy some platoons of GZG 15mm sci-fi instead. Costs much less and I get more pleasure gaming with them. Came down to short term investment with less money equals more fun gaming now. I still want my armies, but they might have to wait.

What are you all doing?
