Should have been an, "Other", option. I wrote a set of rules for plastic Army Men figures: CRT and dice, no balls thrown, no rocks, no firecrackers. It is relatively simple, with fast play. Introduced a few newbies to mini's gaming with it, successfully. Taught it to kids, and adults, in the local Community Education program -- was a huge success, every time I ran the class.

The thing about Army Men games are the low entry cost, the simplicity (depends, of course, upon the rules used), and the incredible availability of game components! I know many others have done similarly. Can't beat Army Men for cost. Cheers!
