POLL: What Type of TMP Contests Would You Like to See?

I think they already have painting contests on another miniatures website so why do we need contests on here? I don't think they help the painter necessarily because everyone's standards are different and someone whose work is,lets say 'average', up against a brush wizard isn't really fair, especially if the average guy isn't that confident. They're going to get sympathy votes, and also probably get hammered by the votes as well. I know it takes some spherical objects to submit an entry into competitions, but can't we leave them for actual conventions and shows? I think competitions are more about pitting egos against one another sometimes.
