You're not "disenfranchised." The question just doesn't apply to you.

If somebody ran a poll asking black women which hair-care products they liked best, I wouldn't feel disenfranchised. It wouldn't occur to me that I needed to participate in a poll, just so I could answer by saying, "This doesn't apply to me because I'm not a black woman."

In this particular case, we now have a "winner" who got a whopping 26% of the vote, coming in an honorable second place behind "No Opinion." That's just dumb.

That could just as easily be deduced from the total number of responses.
