I love Apollo 13. Heroic nerd geniuses, short sleeved white shirts, crew cuts and pocket protectors.
Great cast. Especially Jim Lovell's mom (played by Ron Howard's mom!) talking to Neil Armstrong. "Are you boys with the Space Program?"
"If they could get a washing machine to fly, my Jimmy could land it!"
Flawless direction.
A perfect movie in all respects.
A true story, made by and for hero worshippers. 👍
