I used to look down upon paper models. (Mainly talking building here, not for tanks, ships planes, etc.) Not anymore! I doscovered model builder software and found a new creative side of me. When I need buildings for a specific sceanrio or new period, I just design my own and print them out in any scale I want. (Yes, even 1:56) One thing I am now trying is layering for timber framed buildings in micro scales. It adds the 3rd dimention but you need a really new and sharp blade. The effort has been worth is to me, so far. I am beginning to find myself more concerned about scenery now than ever before. I attribute it to the ability to recreate actual structures I see daily here in Germany. Tom |

Most paper models require more than a single page of artwork. Some companies distribute these as a single multi-page PDF; others distribute each page as a separate PDF. Which do you prefer? |
