POLL: Inches or Centimeters?

I'll admit that I found it difficult to believe how 'arithmetically challenged' some wargamers were until witnessing numerous botched attempts at converting during a participation game at a show a few years ago. How anyone could be unable to deal with a scale of 1 yard represented by 5mm is beyond me but it certainly taxed the brains of a few players in that game.

I'm usually pretty good at doing math in my head -- I do it at work quite a lot -- but I've learned from experience that making gamers do math in their heads during game time, even in small quantities, is a Very Bad Thing.
