What do we think are the most important rules of Tabletop Etiquette? Some of these may be compliments of bad behaviors (Thou shalt not cut the cheese in proximity of the table), but I think many of them might be different in focus. As Hobbes pointed out after Calvin noted he had not committed murder or theft and thus expected a big haul from Santa Claus this year, "Maybe there's more to being good than the absence of being bad."
