True enough -- I typically failed one Activation roll every turn. Very frustrating when units just sit there. I see the point but it makes a few die rolls critical to being able to carry out any strategy and bad Activation rolls can determine a game's outcome faster than anything else. There needs to be something better than "all or nothing". |
