It's not a huge deal but the ideal game to me has:

*3-5 dice thrown at a time, at most.
*Very few chained dice rolls (to hit – to kill – save – morale – suppression – lunch)
*Use 1 or 2 dice types consistently.

But honestly, I don't think dice questions would ever make me not play a game.

I do have an irrational dislike for modifiers but then.. I play both ASL and used to play Face of Battle so who knows.
