POLL: Christmas, Miniatures, & Holiday Displays

I've used what modest painting talent I've developed from painting thousands of 15mm Napoleonics to paint the ubiquitous plaster ornaments the craft stores [like Michaels] sell. I've usually customized them where possible[college colors, hair/glasses etc] to reflect people I work with etc.
I'd take them to work, or give them to the nurses etc at my Doctors office etc. It got to be where my co-workers would start asking when I was brining in this years ornamemts & getting in line when I took them in to put their names on the bottom of them.
Now some decades later, I still run across people who say, "oh we were just thinking about you when we put the ornaments you painted on the tree last night" etc…
now that always give me a warm feeling, to be remembered years later….
