Writing in the forums, John the OFM said this (referring to several of our Australian members):

We expect so little from the Australians. We hold them to lesser standards than the rest of us more civilized types.

Later in the same discussion, John the OFM clarifies that he meant the posting "entirely in jest."

However, one of our members feels that the original posting "demeans other nations' inhabitants by seeking to humiliate them with unflattering stereotypes," and says that it is a racist attack which should result in a trip to the Dawghouse.

Since I've been accused of granting "special treatment" to John the OFM , I thought I'd ask for TMP readership input on this one:

If you were the TMP webmaster, would you Dawghouse John the OFM for this post?
Or was it only harmless joshing?
