I've never seen more than a few clips from BOAN (the Klan riders, typically), but I did go to see Triumph of the Will once in college at a rep theatre on campus that showed significant films from the past. I had to leave before the end of TOTW, it just goes on and on and was pretty boring to me as well as morally awful. I think clips serve the need to be informed well enough, unless you're a cinema major or the like. |
