Of those listed, Ghostbusters wins the "which one of these would I put in the Blu-Ray player tonight as a solo" assessment. The Terminator: Too violent for casual viewing— gotta be in the mood to see all the bullets flying. So that leaves Ghostbusters as a stand alone film that makes for a great casual decision to watch— fun, fantastic, cook the popcorn, grab a soda, settle in for the Murray/Akroyd/Ramis/Moranis silliness. Oh, and Sigourney Weaver. Definitely her. But my actual pick from the original list would have to be: |
