I used to be, as well. Though it was about mid-nineties for me. Also did some beach wargaming back then. |

Writing in The Heliograph Colonial wargaming newsletter, Richard Brooks mentions... ...I have moved into the realm of Garden War Gaming. Our yard now sports one continent and twelve islands with colonies to game on/in. I have close to 100 porcelain Christmas buildings of various scales representing the various colonial towns (not yet cities), as well as three small fleets of 1:100 scale sailing ships and a couple of pirate ships to sail my lawn.
