Hi everyone, Maybe this is a old topic but I“ve dowloaded "The Complete World War Two Wargames Manual" in the rules directory on this site and i“m having some troubles with the frm files; i“ve tried a lot of frm and ascii converters and didn“t get it to open them properly. I“ve also tried to send a mail to the designer but it not working anymore. Can some one help me please? Otherwise, can someone advise me some free ( medium level complexity rules , “cause i do not play miniature wargames since I was teenager) rules to play with 1:72 models. Thanks for your help, Joćo |

The .frm files are the forms for the rules and are in extended ASCII. They can be opened with Notepad (or, I presume, any other text editor) but will probably not display right, since they evidently use to old "line drawing" characers. Not knowing what they are supposed to look like, I can't really give much guidance, but they seem to be unit record sheets and the like. |
