I have a small board which was regularly get hit by spam bots who add really nasty member names to the list. I of course had not enabled the visual checker to make sure they were a peoples until just now.

So I have a PILE of spammed junk members I want to delete, but as far as I can see I have to search for the member, then manually copy their domain or IP to the ban list, then go back and delete the account.

Is there something easier I can do?

(besides nuke it and just say oh well?)

I would ask over on the phpBB community boards. TO my knowledge what you're doing is the only way to rid the board of them, shy of writing a script for yourself.

Quickest easiest way, without using the phpBB admin area would be to go directly into the database, if you have access to do so.
