So, I'm doing the basic Shepherds Pie right now.
Of course, Shepherd's Pie has to be lamb.

But I'm using a meatloaf mix of half beef and half pork.
Does that make it a "Cottage and Swineherd's Pie"?
It smells darn good.

I may be many things, but I'm not a cannibal.
But I cannot vouch for the ground meat. 🤷

It was very good, by the way.

I does sound more like a cottage pie variant since no lamb was included…

If you used a Collie then you could have sheepdog pie…
