Always delicious food in Argentina.

Eating dinner after 10pm, not so much.

Happy you like them boys!… (smile)

Years ago… when I return from living in Europe… I decided to fulfill one of my dreams …. I opened a Restaurant in the Palermo neighborhood under the name "Marengo"… It was a great experience … but I realized that it was not my thing … dealing with the staff of a Restaurant requires a lot of wisdom that I did not have …anyway … let me recommend any of those foods in the article … eating in Argentina is still a privilege … and I tell you that I have eaten in almost the entire Western world for decades …(smile)

Bah Tche,
I will still argue with you that the food north of the border is better :-)

Churrasco > Assado
Pasteis > Empanadas
Chimarrao > Yerba

Fortunately … having to manage six offices throughout Brazil … I have thoroughly experienced the delicious flavors and foods of that blessed sister country … of course, that the South zone has part of my heart for the similarity in meat intake …(smile)

God bless Brazil!…
(And their meat and woman!)

Been wondering how the grilled cheese is made in the Aubry/ Maturin series of Patrick O'Brien, this could be closer than anything seen yet of that search.
