No, it is a civil servant uniform.

I think I would have a problem concentrating on the lessons if I had a teacher looking like any of these. grin

Is it sad that the second thing I noticed was that they seem to wear their ribbons on whatever side they want?

The first thing noticed was that if my kids teachers looked like this I would be volunteering for every parent-teacher conference! And my wife would kill me.
