Yeah, that. The Star Wars movie. I mean THE Star Wars movie. SWMBO and I just started watching it on TV. So, for all you SW trivia buffs … Do the stormtroopers kill more people in the first five minutes of this flick than in the ensuing 8.9 movies? |

Well, they're pretty successful at the start of The Empire Strikes Back. After that, not so much… |

Stormtroopers are only bad at hitting the "heroes" of the movies, who are wearing plot armor. |

It didn't start with Star Wars. Pretty much any action movie in which lots of bad guys firing automatics at the hero and miss. Somehow if the hero runs really really fast, he can outrun a bullet (or laser); rather stupid. Still have to admit, as a 9 year old kid in 1977, Star Wars was the best movie I ever saw. |

Don't forget, the Force has its own designs on "balance" in the universe. That's why the Stormtroopers miss the heroes and why, searching for the droids in Tatooine, they knock on a door and move on because no one answers. I guess they needed a warrant? |

They were still better shots than the A-Team! |

Just saw this today, I thought it was pretty funny, with an explantion of Imperial shooting. Minor spoilers for the Mandalorian I suppose. youtu.be/gKppwACQ-qk |

I love it when an armour-plated bus comes together! explantion of Imperial shooting. I think the actual conversation was more nihilistic. But, still, almost as good as the original short film, The Existential Cowboy. |

The school bus reminds me of the Clint Eastwood movie "The Gauntlet." |

How about Taken 3, driving a stolen Turkish cab into direct fire from a M2 .50 cal as well as several M4s at the American Embassy, neither Liam nor the girl who played his daughter had so much as a hair outa place. |
