Time to rewatch Captain Blood and The Adventures of Robin Hood… and the list doesn't stop there.

A very beautiful woman. Agree time to watch those films again.

One of the first actresses for whom I always lusted. She was one of those who always elevated any film in which they worked. She was a truly beautiful woman in B & W or color and a great star and actress. As commentators have noted, she had the steely character to fight the system and win! Rest in peace Ms. de Havilland.

She could also play against type, like in "Hush,Hush,Sweet Charlotte". Sister of Vivien Leigh in real life. Rest easy.
