I'm like you Tango..carnivore but I think that cauliflower "mac & cheese" would make a great Lenten meal or side dish!

I'm a flexitarian and I've used Indian cuisine to make vegetables taste good. Otherwise, it's always "creamed…". Kohlrabi, Spinach, you name it.
