Eggs are great. They're cheap, and you can do a million things with them, and you can do those things easily.

For most people I don't think eggs raise cholesterol, at least that's been my experience.

My wife and I go through three dozen a week.

If you want to learn to cook, if you want to save money, if you want to have a healthy, non-carbohydrate breakfast, eggs.
