Has anyone heard anything about the pandemic in Russia? Has Russian controls keep things quiet there and prevented the release of information? I find it hard to believe that they have not been impacted. |

According to WHO sitrep 67 (March 27) Russia has 1032 total cases, with 196 new cases. 3 deaths with 1 new death, and 0 days since last reported case. link |

Russia is an interesting case. Apparently they have tested 165,000 people, but some people are suspicious of their tests. Latest numbers show 1,800+ cases, but there are also concerns that they're dressing up their numbers. Their countermeasures have been impressive, both in the sense that they are complete and exhaustive and in the sense that they are draconian. Time will tell. |
