I make a nice line in chicken fajitas. I found a supermarket-line packet of Vegan spicy beans that goes well with them.

I don't often buy pre-made stuff but this is tasty. Unlikely I'll ever become a Vegan but that doesn't mean you can't eat a variety of foods.

"The Vegan Society"? Oh, goodie. Another holier-than-thou special interest group. Soon they'll be publishing standards about who is a real vegan and who isn't.

Oh lighten up. Veganism is a fad. It's popularity will wane as those who are enthusiastic drop out because of the difficulties in being Vegan. I have no problem with anyone's diet. And I can ignore any jibes about mine.

And it's Big Business (who produce a lot of the stuff needed in large factories) who drive the cult-like status because it brings adherents & sales. Basic capitalism at work.
