I really loved so many of his movies.
Spartacus, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, The Villain, Tough Guys, The Man from Snowy River, War Wagon, The Heroes of Telemark, Paths of Glory, just to name a few.

RIP and thanks

Doesn't seem possible. Another irreplaceable actor of that generation lost. Always loved his movies, and there were a lot of great ones.

Rest well, Sir.

A man of integrity who insisted that Spartacus should have Dalton Trumbo's name on the credits and damn the consequences.

RIP, my dad's favorite was the vikings. Kirk made movies for wargamers.
