Really sad to hear that the wonderfully talented Neil Innes passed away suddenly on the 29th of December. link Finally managed to see The Rutles this year – a life long ambition! And it was superb. Neil Innes was also fighting to get the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band trademark back (some unprincipled **** with no connection to the band recently trademarked the name and forbade them to use it!) |

One of my faves was that song he and Eric Idle sang about football(soccer). Rest easy and thanks for the music and the laughs. |
