Really sad to hear that the wonderfully talented Neil Innes passed away suddenly on the 29th of December.

Finally managed to see The Rutles this year – a life long ambition! And it was superb. Neil Innes was also fighting to get the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band trademark back (some unprincipled **** with no connection to the band recently trademarked the name and forbade them to use it!)

One of my faves was that song he and Eric Idle sang about football(soccer). Rest easy and thanks for the music and the laughs.
