From guest appearances on American television like 'The Andy Griffith Show' and 'Star Trek' to theatrical movie roles like 'Bonnie and Clyde', 'Roxanne', and 'House of 1000 Corpses', elven-faced Michael J. Pollard was among one of the most recognizable character actors of the 20th Century. He was married to actress Beth Howland ("Vera" from the tv show 'Alice') from 1961 to 1969, and they had a daughter, Holly. He also had a son, Axel, from a second marriage.

Godspeed, Mr. Pollard, and thank you.
