So, what can you do when you've made five Terminator films and, good as the last one was it was basically a retread of Terminator 2 (kinda!) ? Well – you make a film that was definitely not your Grandfather's Terminator! I thought it was pretty good, and once I realised it wasn't going to be just comfort zone travel through familiar scenes played out in slightly different ways I really liked what they'd done with the concept. Worth seeing. YouTube link

Yes – officially it is now the sequel to T2! Everything else is/was/will be alternate timelines.
