Apparently it's like 4 years old already.
I watched it because it's always nice with some flinklock action.

The movie appears to be made for one reason only, so Leonardo DiCaprio can claim he has gotten more punishment in a movie than Beuce Willis or Bruce Campbell.

I also haven't seen it fully yet. But the Indian attack at the beginning looked very good.

Saw it in the theater twice. The Indian attack was a great ride, but those arrows were waaaaay too powerful. The bear attack was great, too. And It did a fine job of making me feel cold throughout the movie, lol.

The film is a remake of "Man in the Wilderness" with Richard Harris.

Skeets, I thought so. I did enjoy both of them.

As gut wrenching as it was, the final part of the bear attack had be laughing out loud. :)

Sadly those cubs would not survive after the mother died.
Who cares about DiCaprio we've seen him die dozens of times.

What about the poor cubs!

Never was warm when watching that movie.
