It's been 10 years since Ron Perlman's 'Hellboy 2' (based on the popular Dark Horse Comics character created by Mike Mignola) and 6 years since Will Smith's and Tommy Lee Jones' 'Men in Black 3' (based on the Aircel/Malibu/Marvel comic title), so reboots are "in order": Hellboy: m.imdb.com/title/tt2274648 Men in Black Int'l: m.imdb.com/title/tt2283336 Both seem to have an overseas flavor, with Hellboy now in England and MIB centering on its "international" division. Any takers? |

The commercials I've seen for Hellboy make we wish for Ron Perlman…. |

Like 'Shazam!', the new 'Hellboy' is heavy on humor and is a comedic take on the character. Everybody wants to be the next Deadpool. |

The commercials I've seen for Hellboy make we wish for Ron Perlman…. My thoughts exactly. Ron P.S. I had forgotten about the MiB reboot already… |

I don't understand rebooting Hellboy. A new story with different characters would have been fine. And the makeup doesn't look nearly as good as Pearlman's. MIB looks like typical summer fare these days. Meh |

For what it is worth, MIB is not actually a reboot. More like a spinoff. |
