"Mercury is the best planet, in my humble but well-researched opinion. Sure, it may be small, rocky, and lacking an atmosphere, but how it came to look the way it does absolutely baffles scientists. It might even have water and carbon hidden away from the beginning of the Solar System. Tonight, scientists from the European Space Agency and the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency are launching a mission that could uncover some of the secrets of this mysterious rock.

BepiColombo is the European Space Agency's first mission to Mercury, and perhaps a sequel to the very successful MESSENGER mission to the planet that ended in 2015. BepiColombo comprises two spacecraft, the Mercury Planetary Orbiter (MPO) and the Mercury Magnetospheric Orbiter (MMO), each loaded with instruments that will measure the planet's magnetic field, its chemical makeup, how it feels the Sun's gravity, and more…."

It's the worst planet. Should really be classed as a moon of the sun and not a real planet.
