If we had bothered to replace the Shuttle, instead of begging for a lift on Russian vessels, we could just hop up there with a case of gyroscopes and a Craftsman socket wrench, and could fix it. |

Wow, does this mean the James Webb telescope has been delayed again? Also repair to the JWST will be impossible so they better get it right! |

Well at 50% of the gyroscopes failing, the telescope can still point itself with the remaining three……just more work for NASA. That's good news as the James Webb is still 2.5 years off (if no more delays happen). |
