"YOU RESOLVED TO CLEAN up your eating act, and started to adopt a healthier diet. Maybe you broke up with sugar and gave up red meat. Maybe you started eating more salads. Maybe you adopted a full-on grain-free or dairy-free "paleo-style" diet. Maybe you even embraced a full-fledged vegan diet or a strict low-carb regimen. Ever seen a cow that hasn't had enough water? Not a pretty sight. No siree. Very sad.

So, if you eat like a cow should, then you better be ready to drink like a cow should*.

Oops, I guess there goes more of that drinking water that the Gaians say the planet is running out of. At least cows don't require the rivers, troughs and ponds they drink out of to be as squeaky clean and pure as our drinking water. :)

Sadly, many people jump on the latest herd trend without giving a thought to what many other changes it requires. Oh well. I guess peer pressure does work.

But, hey, if that's the food that makes you happy, go for it. Who am I to stop you from enjoying your meal. Eat and let eat, man!
