When I go to: link There should be an Exhibitor Map. All I get is a placeholder icon -- a C with a dot inside (could be making a G?) with colored circles spinning around it. What is this?
Thanks |

I get that icon for a while, and then the full map loads. It is an interactive map of some kind, not a simple image. |

With Firefox, the icon just keeps spinning for me. |

Loaded fine for me and without delay. Using IE, whatever the current version is (not that it doesn't have it faults, of course !) |

It works for me with IE, too, but I use Firefox. I need to know what file format or cookie or program is connected to this symbol so I can troubleshoot. |

The icon is for an image created with genial.ly. But I still can't get it to load on my computer. I tried it on my wife's laptop and it loaded fine on Firefox. So it's a cookie or setting somewhere on mine. |
