When I go to:
link

There should be an Exhibitor Map. All I get is a placeholder icon -- a C with a dot inside (could be making a G?) with colored circles spinning around it.

What is this?

Thanks

I get that icon for a while, and then the full map loads. It is an interactive map of some kind, not a simple image.

With Firefox, the icon just keeps spinning for me.

Loaded fine for me and without delay. Using IE,
whatever the current version is (not that it doesn't
have it faults, of course !)

It works for me with IE, too, but I use Firefox. I need to know what file format or cookie or program is connected to this symbol so I can troubleshoot.

The icon is for an image created with genial.ly. But I still can't get it to load on my computer.

I tried it on my wife's laptop and it loaded fine on Firefox. So it's a cookie or setting somewhere on mine.
