"The team at Honest Burgers are honest enough to admit that Bristol already has lots of mighty fine burger restaurants and when they open on Clare Street next month they will be joining an already crowded market.

But judging by the businesses in the city they have announced collaborations with, they seem far removed from cocky London types intent at arriving into Bristol and making a quick buck.

From Wednesday to Saturday, they will be popping up at the Robin Hood pub on St Michael's Hill, with general manager Jasmine and her team serving up their Honest, Tribute or Fritter burger and homemade rosemary chips, with a 30 per cent student and NHS discount on food on Wednesday and Thursday…."
