One of my faves was the Christmas pageant rehearsal with Molly Shannon as Mary Katherine Gallagher. And an opening monologue with Jennifer Aniston and Molly Shannon going at it ala "Fight Club",and get Cheri Oteri,Ana Gasteyer and Rachel Dratch in on the act too.

Another good one,Cheri Oteri as Judge Judy,and the real Judge Judy shows up in the skit to "show her how it's done".

Here's yet another.Ladies self defense class(Robin Duke ,Mary Gross,Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Betty Thomas) taught by The Three Stooges(Tim Kazurinski as Moe),Gary Kroeger(Larry)and Joe Piscopo(Curly),nice blooper they kept in as Piscopo's pants fall down during a belly bump.

Another memorable one; A "Wayne's World" skit where guest Madonna plays "Truth Or Dare" with Mike Myers in a dream sequence.

Eddie Murphy as "Mr. Robinson",and particularly,the one where Mr. T shows up,"Our new word for today,is 'pain'".

And from the original cast era,guest Margot Kidder with Bill Murray as Superman,John Belushi as the Hulk,Dan Aykroyd as The Flash,Garrett Morris as Ant Man,Laraine Newman as Wonder Woman at a party at the Kents place.,also the one when Carrie Fisher guested on there,and in the first skit, played Leia as a exchange student in a "Beach Party" spoof( and looking quite fine,wearing a gold lame two piece bikini)-Bill Murray as Frankie,Gilda Radner as Annette,John Belushi as Eric Von Zipper,Dan Aykroyd as Vincent Price,Garrett Morris as Chubby Checker.

Also,for "cold openings",Charlton Heston naps in the green room,wakes up to find the entire cast are now apes.

Dana Carvey as The Church Lady,jamming on the drums while Danny DeVito sings "Here Comes Santa Claus".

Guest host Bill Murray as "The Whipmaster".

The real Joe Pesci and Robert DeNiro showing up and confront Jim Breuer and Colin Quinn's versions of them.

And William Shatner at a Trek con,telling the fans to "get a life."

Another goodie,Jimmy Fallon as "Nick Burns,Your Company's Computer Guy",and especially when a fellow visiting computer lady(Callista Flockhart)plants one on Jimmy's mouth,which stuns him,and Callie gets to say 'his' traditional sketch closer,"Oh,by the way,YER WELCOME!" Or "The Delicious Dish" when Alec Baldwin was in it,not just once ,but twice,as "Pete Schweddy".

And yet another;A very young Drew Barrymore,when she was the youngest guest host ever on SNL back in the early 1980's,and a young Macaulay Culkin playing Rob Schneider's "Richard The Copy Guy" as a schoolkid.

Another monologue bit when Helen Hunt was hosting,and the cast was doing their Jack Nicholson impressions(this was when "As Good As It Gets" was out),and then the real Jack shows up,and Jim Breuer asks what he thought of it,and Jack says,"You want the truth?",which sets up the "You can't handle the truth " reply from someone.

Another Molly Shannon/Mary Katherine Gallagher skit,where she auditions for an Aerosmith video,guest host Mike Myers as the producer,and a funny dialogue exchange between Molly and Steven Tyler. Also Bill Murray in "The Return Of Hercules";in one scene ,the king tells Bill's Herc,"Look at you! By the gods,you really let yourself go."

And Chris Farley competing with Patrick Swayze for a job with Chippendales.

"Lothar Of The Hill People",another smiler. And Eddie Murphy in "James Brown's Celebrity Hot Tub".

Guest NBC anchor Edwin Newman,playing a gang member being interviewed with a rival gang member. Newman's character pulls out his knife and says,"I am prepared to filet you.". In a similar skit,they spoof 'My Fair Lady' and Newman tries to teach bartender Brad Hall,with help from Joe Piscopo as Tom Snyder,and Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Linda Ellerbee. And Mary Gross as Dr. Ruth Westheimer,a real hoot,so much so,even the real Dr. Ruth was impressed.

"Celebrity Jeopardy" with Will Ferrell as Alex Trebek and Darrell Hammond as contestant Sean Connery. Classic.

Jon Lovitz as "Master Thespian" trying to be a department store Santa.

Also;a sendup of "Aliens" with guest Sigourney Weaver.Jon Lovitz as Burke,Dana Carvey as Hicks,Nora Dunn as Vasquez,Dennis Miller(or half of him,anyway) and not sure who else,and the alien they offed was "E.T.."As Weaver starts to remove her top,one of the unit,"C'mon,Ripley,we've already seen your underwear!",and she puts her top back on. "We wasted E.T.,man!"

Steve Martin as "Theodoric Of York,Medieval(fill-in-the-blank)",or Mike Myers In "Scottish Soccer Hooligan Weekly"

Mike Myers in "All Things Scottish" who gets counselling in one episode from guest Patrick Stewart who plays "Phil McCracken,Scottish Therapist"

Kate Hudson in her monologue,and the cast playing supposed scions of other "Laugh-In" cast members Then Kate reveals a bikini and they all start dancing to the original "Laugh-In"theme from the first season,as the camera moves in and out repeatedly.
