I always get better treatment at restaurants when I ask their name and start using It right away during the order and service. At first I was doing it just to be nice, but I guess people would tend to be more alert and mindful when they know you can identify them by name. :) Dan |

They always give you a receipt, it has your order number on it. |

Not always in the UK some MacDonald's do with different counter to collect the meal others don't with the one person taking your order and giving you your meal. x42 |
