Wikipedia seems to think there is. Valencia is a municipality within the state of Carabobo, located in the north of Venezuela. |

Spanish during the war for Venezuela's independence. The Battle of Carabobo was fought June 24, 1821. Bolivar led independence fighters against Spanish
