If true, this would be very beneficial to the police and law enforcement.

If the police can use DNA evidence found at the scene of a crime, experts could determine what the suspect looks like in real life…"

It will never be allowed. Some people simply do not want other people to know what they really naturally look like, without the thick makeup, hair dye, boob jobs, etc.

Well, the police relied on polygraph tests for decades, without any qualms about the scientific merits and veracity of the results. Here's another dubious "scientific" technique at their disposal.
