I remember him appearing on the David Frost Show with John and Yoko. It was the zenith of his career. When he died, I thought he was too obscure to post here. What he lacked in vocals and musicianship, he tried to make up with enthusiasm! Since it's been posted here, RIP.

I'll admit I lost track of him,post-1970. Not very hip.

And by the time I woke up to punk, I'd already missed two Ramones concerts in my town.

I'm STILL kicking myself for that one.

I saw Blondie at my State Fair. It was after Debbie Harry had put her career on hold to nurse Chris Stein. My ticket was not $5.00 USD!
