It was like Time Tunnel crossed with the worldwide conspiracy aspects of the X-Files. It was pretty good fun – and season 1 (aka the only season) ended with a heck of a plot twist.

Perhaps they twisted it too much? It happens. Some seemingly popular shows get canceled not because they don't make a profit but because they are not making enough of a profit.

Not familiar with Timeless, but then I'm not a big TV watcher. I was disappointed to see Last Man Standing on the list.

Last Man Standing being canceled was a disappointment. One of the only good shows on that night.

This is why I don't start watching a show until it has two seasons under its belt. To many times I've invested my time in a new show. Then the network will screw over the shows fans and dump it.

Maybe it got better as the season went along, but I couldn't make it past episode 5. Gave it a somewhat harsh review last year right here on TMP: TMP link

I liked it from the start, it did get better as it went along and had some good plot twists. The Worlds Fair episode – with Houdini – was good. The whole Worldwide conspiracy thing was developing nicely. The worst episode (IMHO) was when Wyatt tried to save his wife. That really was pretty poor. On the whole though a generally entertaining series.
