I knew this all the time. It is the AMOUNT that you eat that does you in. If you eat moderately, you can eat anything.

Mmmmmm … hemlock ice cream!

Hey … the flavor comes from a plant? How could it be bad for you?

Did you read all the way to the bottom of your link?

And Mike Knapton, an associate medical director at the British Heart Foundation, described the team's claims as "unhelpful and misleading."

"Decades of research have proved that a diet rich in saturated fat increases 'bad' (LDL) cholesterol in your blood, which puts you at greater risk of a heart attack or stroke," he said in a statement published on the foundation's website.

But you are correct. Again from your link:

"Dairy products form an important part of a healthy balanced diet; however, many are high in saturated fat and salt. We're all consuming too much of both, increasing our risk of heart disease,"

Reading all these pendulum-like studies can't be good for the heart. Let's call for a study on that.

I keep repeating:

Eat food
Mostly plants
Not too much

You'll be fine
