It was a stroke of genius to cast him as NCIS's assistant
Director opposite Linda Hunt's 'Hetty' character.

Thanks and RIP…

Insufferable (and great) in Twin Peaks. 61 is way too young.

He was a great character actor. His work in "Robocop" was memorable. Yes, 61 is too young these days.

Liked him in everything he did, even when he was playing a bad guy.
I first saw him in Robocop, followed by Miami Vice, and a little known Costner film, "Revenge" (Madeline Stowe was HOT!), and thought he was great on both Crossing Jordan and NCIS

RIP, and thanks.

He was great fun in hot shots 2.

War, it's fantastic!

Don't forget Flagg's right-hand man in "The Stand."

One of my all-time favorite character actors!

And cousin to George Clooney also. Rest easy.
