And it will be another all-Premier League show for the semi-finals. ManCity over Boro 2-0,Arsenal thumps Lincoln 5-0 and Spurs do likewise to Millwall,to the tune of 6-0(hat trick provided by Son),However,Spurs lose Harry Kane to an ankle injury in the second half,same ankle he'd hurt a few months ago.

Chelsea 1-0 over ManUtd.,which played a man short when Herrera got a red card(following a second yellow card) in the 35th minute. Semifinals draw,Chelsea play Spurs,and Arsenal vs. ManCity

And it's Chelsea/Arsenal in the finals,last weekend of May. Blues dropped Spurs ,4-2. And Arsenal/ManCity went to extra time after regulation time ended with a 1-1 draw. 2 15 minute halves,during which ,the Goonahs got the goal they needed and held onto that thread of a lead for the second 15 minutes.

The finals play May 27th.

And Arsenal wins,2-1,despite the Goonahs losing Victor Moses to a red card(2nd yellow card) for diving. They face Chelsea in the Community Shield in August. Quite a season this past year.

And,in FIFA Confederations Cup action-Portugal,Mexico,Germany,and Chile have all made the semi-finals.

Team USA makes the finals with a 2-0 win over Costa Rica in the CONCACAF Gold Cup ,and will play either Mexico or Jamaica in the finals. And tonight ,FC Cincinnati plays Valencia CF from Spain's top flight in an international friendly.
